Good product. I can do some of the basic exercises but they are hard. I am overweight and when I was younger I could do dips fairly easily. You can adapt the bars with a rubber band as an assist with dips until you get stronger. I would recommend the bars.

bought these attachments to accompany the home gym pictured (attachments not in the picture, just showing what I bought this set for) each piece is solid and perfect for each of the exercises they're designed for. Have bought similar attachments in the past, and my biggest irritation is when the grip part comes loose and forces you to cock your wrists to keep the rubber grip part in place. I've used these all regularly for a month now, that hasn't happened as of yet so very happy to this point.

It is well made and no splinters. You can attach to a board or an existing climbing board to help with your grip. It’s an amazing tool to practice harder pull-ups.
I bought the black resistance band after seeing Whitney Simmons showing how to do workouts with them. I use it for lower body and full body workouts when I don’t have dumbbells available. It has great resistance for squats and deadlifts. I’m definitely going to order a few more to add to my workout collection
We order the largest size. I would recommend this option. This Power Guidance 3 in 1 Jump Box is a great addition to my home gym. It's excellent for helping to improve my leg muscle strength and plyometric exercises. It's a great invention as by purchasing only the one box, it gives you the option of turning the box in order to give you different height levels. You do have to assemble it yourself but it's straightforward, strong and durable once complete. Great value for money and should useful piece of kit.
